Terms of Service

By accessing or using GuroHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GuroHub is intended for educators and related users we choose to allow on the platform. We may limit or deny access based on account eligibility, domain restrictions, platform safety, or misuse concerns.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate profile and payout information when you use relevant features.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or interfere with the operation of GuroHub.

You agree not to misuse GuroHub. For example, you must not:

• post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or abusive content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, school, or authority;
• upload malware, harmful files, or content designed to disrupt the service;
• scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform beyond allowed use;
• circumvent access restrictions, payment flows, or download protections; or
• use the marketplace, feed, or chat features for spam or unauthorized commercial abuse.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to GuroHub, including profile content, posts, messages, listings, descriptions, and teaching materials, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

By submitting content, you grant GuroHub a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and otherwise use that content as necessary to run, secure, improve, and enforce the platform.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to list, sell, and distribute the materials they upload. Sellers must not offer infringing, unlawful, misleading, or prohibited materials.

Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal and classroom use only, unless a listing expressly states broader rights. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, publicly repost, sublicense, or commercially exploit purchased materials without the seller's separate permission.

Marketplace purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. Payment availability, timing, and QR payment completion may depend on those providers and your own payment tools.

All sales of digital goods are final by default, except where a duplicate charge occurred, delivery failed because of a platform issue, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We may delay, review, withhold, or cancel payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, policy violations, legal risk, or payment reversal.

Ratings, reviews, and marketplace activity must reflect genuine user experience. Manipulated reviews, retaliatory abuse, and coordinated fraud are prohibited.

We may remove content, limit visibility, freeze listings, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or take other enforcement action when we believe it is necessary to protect the platform or its users.

GuroHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all user content, listings, messages, or marketplace materials will always be accurate, lawful, or fit for your particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuroHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user content, seller materials, payment issues, third-party services, account access problems, or unauthorized use.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of GuroHub after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
